2BFit Personal TrainingI am one of Orange County’s most trusted fitness and nutrition expert, specializing in women’s health services such as body sculpting, post-pregnancy reconditioning and fitness modeling/competitor preparation. I also run an athletic boot camp and a total health system for men. I have consulted with many individuals to help them achieve maximal results in their efforts.

My training services are highly individualized, and no two workouts are alike. And while most trainers IGNORE nutrition, I put a specific emphasis on following a healthy diet that is tailored for your individual purposes, because without eating right you will never see optimal results!

If you’re like most people who want to lose fat and get into shape, you probably feel like you don’t have the time, patience or motivation to get to your fitness purposes on your own, and probably don’t even know where to begin! Even worse, if you’ve ever experienced working with a personal trainer from a chain gym like 24 Hour Fitness, Gold’s Gym or LA Fitness before, you’ve likely found that they just make things complicated and confusing and don’t give you the attentive service that you deserve.

The experience you will have with me is much different. I know that everyone is different, so my fitness and fat loss solutions are specific to YOUR goals, YOUR body type and YOUR lifestyle. Each of your workouts is hand-tailored by me, made to target the specific problem areas that you’ve identified on your body. In addition, your progress is tracked and your nutrition plan is adjusted as necessary to keep you on the fast-track to your ultimate dream body. The workouts are fast-paced, unique and fun, and they’ll have you looking better and feeling better in no time!

I have been a multi-sport athlete (including football, track-and-field, wrestling, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and fitness enthusiast for most of my life and I greatly enjoy the outdoors. I am licensed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Red Cross, and have specialty certifications in both athletic performance training from NASM and sports nutrition from the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). All three certifying agencies are nationally-recognized. I also have a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis. I have a strong desire to bring that passion for health, exercise and nutrition to all of my clients so that they too can enjoy all that life has to offer!

Super knowledgable, caring, customer service.
Ben's workouts are always new and exciting and keep me going at 6 am in the morning! He is a great trainer and has always kept me motivated to work hard throughout the whole workout. He pushes me to my limits, and at the end of workout I always felt like I accomplished something. Honestly, he's incredibly knowledgable and I would recommend him to anyone.

Hi, I’m Lauren and I want to share my amazing experience with Benjamin as my personal trainer! I originally came to Ben because I wanted to get into better shape, learn how to work different parts of my body effectively and try something out of my comfort zone. I’d never really worked out in the typical sense of the word before training with Ben, so there was definitely a learning curve! However, Ben has a real ability to impart his exercise knowledge onto his clients–it wasn’t long before I was doing full-body olympic lifts with perfect form! The workouts have gotten more and more fun the longer I’ve been with him because my abilities just keep on increasing, and my confidence in the gym has sky-rocketed.

In 5 months so far with Ben I’ve lost 20 lbs of pure body fat, tons of inches and gone from 30% body fat down to 20%! My muscle tone has increased so much that I don’t even recognize old pictures of myself!

My favorite part about working out with Ben is that he has such a wide range of skills. Instead of your usual cookie-cutter workouts in the gym, we would go outside, perform obstacle courses, work on agility drills, and he even taught me Muay Thai kickboxing! How cool is that? Ben’s training is tailored to each person’s body type and personality, and he is skilled in the diet department as well. He’s also on call to help with any questions and can even provide articles to reference (some that he’s written himself) on virtually every topic. He even took me grocery shopping to show me what to buy and what to avoid!

My name is Ashley and I came to Ben to lose my post baby weight after my recent pregnancy. In addition to being heavier than I was before my pregnancy, I also lacked energy and strength, particularly in my lower back which was causing me to have pain in that area. After working with Ben for only a month, I’ve already lost 5 lbs of pure fat and still going strong! I’ve noticed my tummy has gotten flatter, I have better stamina, better balance, and I also have more energy throughout the day. Ben discussed my schedule with me before we began and tailored a program around my needs. As a mom and a teacher, I am very busy and don’t have a lot of time to work out (or for myself in general!). I came to Ben for training because I wanted to tone a couple problem areas and increase my core and upper body strength. I’ve lost a total of about 10 pounds since beginning training about a month and a half ago… and it’s all fat loss! I think I’ve lost even more inches all around because I can really feel the difference in how my jeans have been fitting me lately. I’ve noticed that my quads and hamstrings are leaner and the best part is that I can see definition in my arms and my core is definitely a lot stronger! I feel comfortable with Ben. He’s professional and always gives great advice related to diet questions and workout modifications.
