OUR FOCUS is to have workouts that are designed to suit each personal's specific requirements or goals.

It is our primary goal to aid kids evolve a positive attitude and skills that lead to their future success in life. We are focused on developing the child as a complete through the teaching of gymnastics. As these kids evolve their future, they will have the confidence and capability to reach their dreams. WGA offers recreational classes as well as competitive gymnastics teams!

The American Medical Association supports the use of aerobic and resistance exercise three times a week for not less than 30 minutes. The Fast Trak Fitness hydraulic circuit workout equipment, designed especially for women, adjusts to each user, creating the best fitness program. This means no muscle soreness the next day.

Marcus comes to us with thirteen years knowledge from preschool to level 10. He is currently one of our Boys Team coaches and has expanded his expertise with us as the new Pre School Director and coach as well! Check out the new morning additional classes.
