Yvette Smith has been a Personal Trainer since 1995. She has a B.A. in Exercise Science from the University of Memphis, A.S. in Applied Nutrition from Huntington College of Health sciences and an MBA from Ashford University. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Business at Walden University. She is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Memphis.
