R.B. Berry is a individual trainer certified through American Fitness Association of America AFAA. He is insured, CPR certified, and has a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition from the Professional School of Fitness and Nutrition. A retired Master Gunnery Sergeant, Coach Berry has trained everyone from Marines, to teenagers, to 90 year old senior citizens, for over twenty years.


At thirteen years of age, Todd Howard started weight training in a tiny Gym situated in his home town of Spartanburg, South Carolina. This gym called Olympian Fitness Center was owned by 20 year old Lee Haney. For the next 4 years, Todd was taught personally by Lee Haney proper nutrition as well as effective and safe weight training techniques.
