Buena Health Fitness Center opened its doors on March 3, 1980. We are situated in the Sunshine Plaza on Highway 92 next to the Uptown 3 movie theaters, approximately four miles S of Fry Boulevard. Buena Health Fitness Center provides a range of services including post rehabilitative therapy, weight loss, strength training, preventive exercise therapy, nutritional counseling, and one-on-one individual training.

Summit Fitness arrived in Sierra Vista, Arizona in December 2005, opening in a tiny 3,000 sq ft temporary location. We moved October 16, 2006 to a 21,000 sq ft full-service fitness center in the Seventh St Marketplace, behind Pizza Hut Bistro. Summit Fitness is not a stereotypical facility that requires you to look nice before you join. Instead, we respect our customers at all stages of fitness.
