Pilates RAW, LLC(303) 350-0230

I LOVE this studio. The teachers are incredibly articulate and really know how to relate to their clients. I really appreciate their attention to detail in private sessions and in classes. I think it needs more classes, but as long as you sign up ahead of time there is usually room.

I'm new to Curves. I've only been a member for three weeks. I love the music. It's awesome to exercise to such bump, bump, bumpin' music. All the instructors are wonderful and so very helpful. Gretchen is my favorite and my inspiration. As I look at her before and now pictures I'm utterly amazed.

24 Hour Fitness(303) 699-2400

This is an older gym, their benches have tears and are taped. Some of the weights are old all metal rather then the rubber coated. They have an okay selection of machines but i would say this is one of the more getto 24hrs ive been to.

I rate the YMCA as the best because they have trainers that know how to help you achieve your goals, the fitlinxx program helps you compete with yourself and the place is CLEAN! Great classes too, from spin to yoga, there is something for every one, I also take my 8yr. old to a fun fitness

Curves(303) 440-7660

I LOVE going to curves! They don't intimidate anyone. They are a low keyed but stimulationg excersise place. There are NO classes taught by BARBIES in skimpy leotards. Yiu can go as often as you like and they know you by name. A decent workout takes only 30 minutes.now what is your excuse for

Jazzercise(970) 339-9542

I started Jazzercise in September 2006. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and treated like an old friend. The instructors are friendly, energetic, and you can tell they love what they do. There is such a variety of people that attend the classes, there are teenage girls

Cherry Creek Atheltic Club(303) 399-3050

The facility is very large and spread out, so you don't fell like you are working out on top of someone else. There is no wait or time limits on any machines at any time of the day. All the machines are updated and taken care of. I can do my weights, cardio, yoga, pilates and swim at one club.

This facility is great (staff is friendly, equipment is available and well maintained, facility is kept fairly clean, classes are available, except for spinning which are usually full, etc.) but the showers in the men's locker room MUST be replaced. They are beyond repair. Not a maintenance

This place rocks! Normal, everyday folks with an interest in getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, it is a family-friendly place that fosters Christian ideals and a stonger sense of community which sorely lacks in today's society.
