Awesome staff at thr Ridge Road Curves, I'm not sure about the other Curves, but I'm sure they are nice also. If you want to lose weight, or get in shape, or stay in shape, whatever you want without feeling self conscious, then Curves is for you! Oh and no men either, a women only workout place.
