This is the best gym in South Mississippi. There are several classes and there are tons of machines. Tanning is also included with membership! Each bathroom has a sauna, whirl pool, and steam room. The staff is very nice too.

I like this gym because it has everything you need from a gym such as cardio equipment, machines, and free weights. My workouts change often and with every change I know the gym can accommodate my needs. Also the gym stays open all hours and is inaccessable to guests after staffed hours. Anytime

While not the biggest gym you could think of it has the basics. The pool is not really large enough to swim in but is good for exercise. The pool area is going through a update right now so maybe it will be better. You could not ask the staff to be nicer.

World's Gym is a great place to work out at. Instructors are awesome and there's a daycare for your little one's to play in. They also have a family fitness center next to it. Overall this is by the far best gym on the coast and yes no pool or a sauna but you can't get anything better out here

Great gym! Very clean, very affordable and very friendly staff.

The people who work there are real friendly, it looked like average women who work out there, the exercise program was fun to use I think this is something that you won;t get bored using. The cost is a reasonable they were not pushy for me to sign up, said I can try it first, that I like!
