What a Concept - A Full workout in 30 minutes. Staff is friendly, and helpful. The WOMEN ONLY policy makes it easy to get going with no self conscious thinking. The downfall, NO SWIMMING POOL but for that you can go to the rec center. Join at an affordable price and watch the weight fall off.

The pool need to be clean, all swimmers need to take a shower b4 going to the pool. The LifeGuard/friend/visitor should not use the pool as a sink,. play ground, must respect to all swimmers plz take a look into this matter ASAP b4 the children get sick.

The falls is a great place if u r wanting to play tenis swim (need membership) or work out, the only complaint i have is that thier memberships r a little high but it is a wonder place

Mr Harvey really REALLY likes nutshots. This man hit me so many times in the groin, i cant have kids no more. Now i dont need 2 spend money on a visectemie. But for real, i learn alot on fighting techniques and skills. I really enjoyed the class. Chewey VERGA 5000 Watts :)

It's a cozy little place, it feels like someone's house and I love going there. The staff is very friendly and really know what they are doing. The music is really relaxing and I can't believe how comfortable I was there. I can't wait to go back.

This is a really nice gym, and it's new with a lot of equipment. The only complaint is its kinda expensive at $36 a month, but it's newer than the other 24 in Pasadena. The people seem to be friendly. Its the nicest gym in Pasadena.

This climbing gym is one of the most stamina draining gyms ever. this is a good thing! i myself, climb much harder grades then the ones at this gym but the 100 foot walls (thats right, 100 FEET!) completely drain you by the time you get to the end of them. there are rocks basicaly everywhere

Curves in Sachse is a great place to workout. The people are nice and it has plenty of room. There is also a kids area!

Yes this is a smaller facility, but it meets my needs. I have been working out there for 2 weeks and love it. I train with Tricia and she is great. I have only seen one teen working there, and she just works the desk. All the trainers and insrtuctors seem to be at least 30ish, and well trained.

CLEANEST gym you'll ever visit! You know how must gyms have that musty/sweaty smell.this gym isn't like that. Which makes you WANT to use the equipment! Nice gals back in the childcare area and for the money, it's a good deal.

My family had a membership but the spa, pool, and sauna were always broken and the staff really did not seem to care at all. Lockers broken into and did not seem as nice as Cornerstone or 600 gym spa at all. I will not go back.
